Showcasing VESTA at APCO Canada and NENA Ontario

The APCO Canada and NENA Ontario 2015 Conference was recently held in the beautiful province of Ontario, Canada, in the city of Niagara Falls on November 2-5.

Airbus DS Communications has been a sponsor of APCO Canada for over ten years. This year at our booth, Anthony Signorelli, our Senior Solutions Architect, was extremely busy demonstrating our VESTA solutions for 9-1-1 Call Processing, Land Mobile Radio and Notification.

A big thank you to all of you who stopped by our booth to learn more about VESTA. As always, the best part of the conference is connecting and reconnecting with so many of you. With that said, we also extend our thanks to APCO Canada and NENA for another great conference.

We look forward to participating next year at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta, November 7-10, and hope to see you all there again!

VESTA® at the Kansas City Royals World Series Parade

For the first time in 30 years, the citizens of Kansas City, MO, had the opportunity to celebrate their home team, the Kansas City Royals, at the Royals World Series victory parade. The crowd, estimated at 800,000, enjoyed a beautiful day, and the VESTA® 9-1-1 system was right there, helping Public Safety officials keep Kansas citizens connected. Airbus DS Communications has been serving Kansas Cityís call processing needs for 14 years. Officials reported that their VESTA 9-1-1 system operated flawlessly, and the day couldnít have gone more smoothly, especially considering 100 lost kids Ė all wearing the teamís blue, which made clothing descriptions useless Ė were reunited with their parents!. This is what we love to hear. Congratulations, Kansas City, and GO ROYALS!
