To ensure you stay connected, we have developed the Customer Access program, designed for customers with discontinued Airbus DS Communications products that have reached the EoSD (End of Support Delivery) date.

We want to make sure you are not left behind as we transition to Next Generation 9-1-1 and we believe the Customer Access Program is one way we can help make the transition easier for you.

What is the program all about?

The Customer Access Program provides a much needed opportunity for PSAPs to have access to 24/7 Technical Support for EoSD products.

What support do PSAPs receive?

When a customer signs up for the Program they will receive support in four critical areas.
